McLarty Associates
Southeast Asia

In Southeast Asia, McLarty Associates is well positioned to serve our clients on a wide range of issues in countries throughout this dynamic region – from Thailand and Vietnam on the mainland to the many islands of Indonesia and the Philippines – and with regional organizations such as ASEAN and APEC. With associates in Washington, Hong Kong, and Manila, we travel frequently to the region in order to provide our clients with the on-the-ground support and real-time analysis necessary to succeed in Southeast Asia’s diverse climate.

For example, we have helped facilitate companies’ entry into the Southeast Asian markets, assisted an internet company in addressing sensitive regulatory issues in Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam, helped a voting technology company bid for contracts in the Philippines, helped an electronic financial services provider develop government relations strategies in Thailand, and provided real-time analysis of ASEAN and APEC developments, including developments within member countries' economies, for a global investment bank.
