McLarty Associates
Southeast Asia

In the Middle East and Arabian Gulf, McLarty Associates sees a particularly inviting and challenging business landscape for our clients. Our longtime experience on the ground enables us to engage directly with ministers, members of ruling families, and key opinion- and decisionmakers to solve clients’ problems, promote investments and compete for contracts, privatizations and other business opportunities.

Among our successes: a European client winning a competitive industrial privatization process in Egypt, a U.S. agribusiness company being welcomed and supported to develop a nearly $1 billion manufacturing facility, finding productive ways for a global information technology company to address censorship and content problems with various Middle East governments, and helping major Hollywood studios navigate subject matter, immigration, export control and other sensitivities to make movies in Middle East locations.
